Skoda India’s most awaited SUV car 2020 Skoda Karoq has been launch in India after a long wait.
Skoda India has kept its Ex-showroom price of Rs 24.99 lakh.
Skoda Karoq is a 5-seater SUV and has been launch as a CBU unit in India.
That is, it will come as a fully made car in India.
With this, only the top variant of this SUV will be available in India.
This SUV was launched in the international market a few years ago.
The company showcased it at the 2020 Auto Expo in India and has now launched it.
The Skoda Karoq will be available in only one engine option.
It has a 1.5-liter turbo charged petrol engine.
This engine generates 48 bhp power and 250 Nm peak torque.
This engine has a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox.
The company claims that this SUV accelerates from 0-100 km/h in just 9 seconds.
The top speed of this SUV is 202 km/h.
At the same time, the mileage of this car is 14.49 km/l.
The 4×4 drive is available in the Skoda Karoq sold in the international market.
But the model found in India will only get FWD (front wheel drive).
Skoda Karoq is based on the MQB platform.
The cabin look of the new Karok SUV is similar to the company’s latest cars.
In this car, like other cars of the company, Signature Butterfly Grill, DRL with wide LED headlamps have been given.
The car’s front look is quite attractive, the hood and bumpers have been redesigned.
Apart from this, the rear look of this SUV car looks like Skoda Kodiaq.
The cabin of the car is decorated with leather upholstery.
